Today is a day that will be remembered long after we are all gone....if you like it or not..... you should be happy that we are allowed to have it happen.
Tuesday...... Mexicali Steak
I use Top Sirloin, dredge it with flour, brown it in small amount of oil in frying pan, when it is about half cooked I add 1 can green Chilie sauce, 1 can crushed tomatoes, cover and cook on low heat, let simmer about 1/2 hr. Served with fried potatoes and corn.

I have to say I AM happy with the new president, and am glad that WE have the chance to make things happen.
